Dyer and Dyer Volvo has an amazing and friendly staff, that was very understanding to my needs and situation. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable and appreciated. Buying my vehicle from them was quick and easy. The sales department was friendly, not pushy and very fair with pricing. They listened and worked hard to find the right car for me. I did not feel hassled, rushed, deceived or harassed in any way. My sales person was not pushy and was extremely friendly and understanding. He answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything in a friendly, personable and understandable way. The dealership was extremely clean, beautiful, well-staffed and accommodating. The waiting area was clean, had plenty of spaces to sit, eat, relax, work or even watch television. I did not feel like I was waiting in a waiting room, rather I felt at home. I was treated with respect, like I was their #1 priority and appreciated. I am only mentioning this because the 3 other dealerships that I was also looking at for a car, I was definitely not. These other dealers were disrespectful and rude to say the least. They ALL had the attitude that they did not NEED my business and expected me to do all the work. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me one of their cars. At these other dealerships, even after picking out a car they still sold the car I was interested in, while I was trying to make the purchase and/or work out the financing. Some didn't even call me back or even try to help with the financing at all and had an attitude. I was even told by 2 of them, if you do not want the car for this price that they did not want to be bothered because someone else will buy it anyway. Dyer & Dyer Volvo made me feel like I was very important and did everything they could to help me find the right car, at the right price. The sales person was amazing and made me feel more like a friend than just a customer. Once he help me find the right car for the right price, I was brought over to do the paperwork and financing. In that department I was greeted by a wonderful person that helped me through the paperwork (at my pace) and explained all my options and everything I was signing. They were not only professional but also considerate, patient and friendly. Even though it was after their posted dealership hours, I was still not rushed and was very well taken care of and made to feel comfortable and appreciated. Even after the sale they were there for me and handled all my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new investment. I have since had the pleasure of visiting their service department. That area was beautiful, clean and efficient. I pulled my car into an air conditioned and the service staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was greeted by friendly faces and each step of the process was explained. They even check in with me during the service to explain what was happening and at which stage they were at, while I was waiting. That department also made me feel comfortable, appreciated and reassured. They explained everything, so I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or disregarded. In all, I highly recommend Dyer and Dyer Volvo for new or used cars and for any of your service needs.

I would like to introduce myself as being a very frugal and conscientious customer. I am an Engineer and did a lot of research when it came to purchasing my wife a SUV. I looked and test drove all of the compact "luxury" SUVs and crossovers and each has there pluses and minus. I ended up purchasing a 2021 XC60 with the Monentum. I spoke to a variety of different dealers and ended up traveling 4 hours to Dyer and Dyer Volvo in Chamblee, GA. When I first called, I was helped by Sales person Victor Olin. He was very professional and understanding. We discussed different vehicles and options and he was more than willing to accommodate my requests. I told him my position and he respectfully listened and said he would see what he could do. AT first, I was a being a little unrealistic with my request in regards to price, but why not?? I asked him to give me an out the door price for the higher model Inscription which I thought my wife would like better. After getting the price which was I was very pleasantly surprised, told my wife, and she said we shouldn't buy the nicer one. I went back to Victor and he was very understanding and recommended a lower model which was the same color. He went back and gave me the out the door price which, again, I was very pleased. There were some options that were added and I asked if they could be removed and he worked with me to get the price where I wanted it to be. Not once was he disturbed at my requests and wanted this to work for a win/win. It was a little later in the evening when this transpired. I said OK' I'll call you tomorrow and lets make the deal. Well....the next day I got caught up and didn't call until later in the evening. To my dismay, Victor told me that the car was sold. At that point, I'm like "ya sure, you just don't want to give me the deal" (the issue was I needed to get a car ASAP because I just sold my wife's car!). I was wrong to think that of Victor because he called me the next day and said they got an early shipment in of XC60's and two of them were almost identical to the one I wanted. He gave me a better deal and I was elated to say the least. So I took the 4 hour trip with my son to pick the car up. prior to that I asked Victor if he could have everything to go and make my visit as short as possible. He said yes. I was a little concerned that once I got there, there was going to be these "hidden" costs that would be added on since they knew I was coming from 4 hours away and would most likely agree. When I got there, I met Victor and he immediately started the ball rolling. They had the car all prepped and ready to go. The finance person, also Victor, introduced himself to me and we started the paperwork. Of course, it is his job to explain and offer different protection packages to me and I told him I was not interested any of them. He said no problem and I understand. There was no pressure at all and I can't believe how quickly and efficiently the process went. The price was exactly what was on the worksheet they gave me. I am a very hard person to please and this dealership far exceeded my expectations. The dealership is a beautiful facility, and they have an incredible inventory. I was not paid nor am I a blogger to write this. I felt compelled to do it because this because by far, this has been the best car purchased I have ever made. I am 64 yrs old and have bought many cars. Five plus stars for my experience and hope you have the same if you deal with them. You will not regret it.
