For the Volvo S60 R-Design Trim, the Swedish automaker has given its new sedan an attractive exterior package that includes unique 18" alloy wheels with dark gray accents, gloss black side mirrors and door handles, body-colored rocker panels, lower front spoiler lip, and rear diffuser. The S60's sporty look is accentuated by a dynamic grille design, swept-back headlights with LED daytime running lights and fog lights.
For the interior, Volvo designers chose a sophisticated and luxurious theme with rich materials and detailing. The high-quality feel is reinforced by elegant air vents wrapped in metallic mesh and controls elegantly integrated into the center console. Sony's premium sound system is standard equipment for S60 R-Design buyers; it combines an 8 GB music hard drive with a 19-speaker, 825-watt amplifier. A new black shade of the leather is available for the S60 R-Design exterior seats.
The engine is a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder that produces 325 horsepower and an impressive potent 350 lb-ft of torque, which allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard, with a paddle shifter on the steering wheel providing manual control for the driver.
