 What's New for the 2025 Volvo EX90?

The 2025 Volvo EX90 is an all-new, all-electric SUV in the lineup. It offers seven-seat versatility, elite features, and next-level technologies. As a brand-new model, its design expresses the evolution of Volvo's body language. The EX90 is now Volvo's flagship SUV and delivers the elevated driving experience you expect from your next luxury vehicle.

The EX90 has two powertrain options. The standard powertrain delivers 402 horsepower, while the higher-end powertrain produces 510 horsepower. The range on a full charge is up to 296 miles on some models and up to 308 miles on others. The batteries require 30 minutes to charge from 10% up to 80% with a DC fast charger. The EX90 is designed with bidirectional charging. Both powertrains have a dual-motor system with all-wheel drive.

The 2025 EX90's facade is striking, with a clean, flowing design accentuated by lean angles and intentional, sweeping definition. The wheels have triangular spokes that are slightly angled for a pinwheel effect: the body-colored grille and proportional black bumper curve across the tall nose. The headlights have animated technology and an extended Thor's hammer design.

The midsize Volvo EX90 accommodates a three-row cabin layout and has four available trim levels. The design is aligned with Volvo's minimalist, Scandinavian style, and the large glass roof enhances this. The upholstery is an eco-friendly blend of wool and recovered plastic. The dashboard is designed with a linear style, and the focal point is a 14.5-inch touch display screen mounted vertically in the center stack. It features a Google infotainment system, Google Maps, downloadable apps, wireless Apple CarPlay, and 5G connectivity. Other features include Dolby speakers, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, speakers embedded in the headrests, automated emergency braking, in-car radar, adaptive cruise control, active steering assist, and numerous additional features.
